Mmmkay. So I just finished. First off, this game is spectacular. However, it almost gave me a heart attack 20 times. The sheer level of cruelty in this game is off the charts. This game has taken up 90% of my brain space for the past two weeks, so congrats on that.
With that said, the character I feel most sorry for is... Luca. I figured out the reason he hates Harry so much is that Harry is a fake. Harry's kindness is a lie, so much so that he lies to himself. But worst of all, he's so good at presenting his false self that everyone around him automatically likes him.
As evidence, there are two major events in the past that set off the chain of events. First, Harry discovers Luca's crime; Luca was a kid, was forced into it, and needing a truly kind person to help him, but Harry condemned him by saying the cruelest thing imaginable. Second, Harry's high horse caused him to condemn Maya as well, again with the worst words imaginable.
Luca made sure Harry saw the consequences of his actions, but he never learned. Then Luca finds out Harry has built another lie for himself and knows his job isn't over - the asshole must pay. Luca has a kind heart but has been raised to do terrible things; by helping women let loose, he unintentionally saves them from unhappiness, but sadly is so self-destructive and obsessed with Harry that he refuses to let himself be truly happy.
The best NTR stories are those that make the reader realize the cuck deserves to be cucked, either he's too ignorant, or weak, or actually an asshole. And Harry being in actuality the asshole type is an excellent surprise that really brings some satisfaction.
So now I have What Ifs? What if Harry said kind words instead of cruel ones? What if Harry was female (Harriette) and Luca treated her like a woman like the others - could they have healed each other? What if Luca was able to just move on and never entered the office?
Again, great game. It helped me find my heart attack line in stories and taught me a lot about character building. 10/10
